The Heart Behind Bravely Becoming You
Hi, I’m Jessica Rothstein,
a mom, wellness advocate, and lifelong learner passionate about helping women embrace holistic wellness and rediscover their true selves.

At Bravely Becoming You, I’m dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where women can explore holistic wellness, embrace sustainable changes, and reconnect with their authentic selves. This is a community for every woman who has ever felt overwhelmed, lost, or unsure of where to begin.
I’m especially passionate about supporting postpartum moms who often feel isolated or like they’ve lost a part of themselves. Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also be incredibly challenging. Here, we focus on helping moms reclaim their identity, rediscover joy, and find strength in community.
Bravely Becoming You also takes a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on getting to the root of our struggles—whether it’s navigating chronic illnesses like fibromyalgia or PCOS, or overcoming the challenges of daily life. Together, we’ll explore sustainable changes that prioritize your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, empowering you to feel strong and capable every step of the way.
Because wellness isn’t just about what we do—it’s about who we become. And you deserve to become the bravest, healthiest version of yourself.

I’m a proud mom of four amazing kids— Asher (13), Simon (11), Garon (4.5), and Jorie (almost 2)—who keep me on my toes and fill my days with joy, chaos, and so much love. My husband, Dan, is my biggest supporter and partner in navigating this wonderfully messy life we’ve built together.
My journey hasn’t just been about health—it’s been about rediscovering myself. A few years ago, I started a path of conversion to Judaism, which helped me reconnect with my spirituality and brought new meaning and intention into my daily life. Honoring Shabbat each week has become a grounding ritual for our family, giving us the space to reflect, recharge, and just be together.
When I’m not juggling family life or working on Bravely Becoming You, you’ll often find me curled up with a good book, diving into a video game (The Sims is my current favorite!), or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I believe in finding balance and joy in the little things—because those moments are what truly make life beautiful.

For years, I struggled to find balance while navigating the demands of motherhood, my own health challenges, and the constant push to do it all. In April of this year, I made a life-changing decision to prioritize myself—not just for me, but for my family too.
Through a mix of intentional mindset shifts, changes to my diet, and movement that feels good for my body, I’ve experienced a transformation that goes far beyond physical health. I’ve lost weight, gained strength, and reconnected with my sense of purpose.
As a mom of four, including two little ones under five, I know firsthand how hard it can be to carve out time for yourself. But I also know how powerful those small, consistent steps can be in helping you feel like the best version of you. That’s what drives me every day to share tools, encouragement, and resources that make this journey not just achievable, but genuinely enjoyable.

Bravely Becoming You was born from my own journey of transformation—a journey that wasn’t always easy but was absolutely worth it. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin, especially when life feels like it’s moving at a million miles an hour.
That’s why I wanted to create a space that feels different. This isn’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. It’s about meeting you where you are, celebrating progress (not perfection), and helping you build a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.
Whether you’re here to explore holistic wellness, find support as a mom, or make sustainable changes that actually stick, Bravely Becoming You is a place where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to take the next brave step toward the life you want.
