
When Parenting Feels Like a Marathon (and You’re Running on Empty)
Parenting is full of surprises, but I wasn’t quite ready for the latest one: a five-year-old sleep regression that’s turned our nights upside down. Between switching schools, hosting Thanksgiving, and navigating this new bedtime battle, life has been a lot. We’ve tried everything to get our little guy to stay in his room, from rewards to less-than-cozy sleeping bag setups in our bedroom (which, spoiler alert, he loves). Despite the exhaustion, I’m holding on to the things that keep me grounded—building my workout program and creating The Resolution Workbook. It’s a reminder that even in chaos, there’s space for growth. 💙
