How Are You Really Doing?

As summer begins to wind down, take a moment to check in with yourself—honestly and without judgment. You’ve been juggling a lot. Maybe the days have been full of fun, chaos, routines thrown out the window, or new responsibilities (like suddenly becoming a working SAHM). Or maybe you’ve felt like you were just trying to survive, not thrive.

Ask yourself:

  • How am I really feeling—physically, mentally, emotionally?

  • What part of me feels supported and steady right now?

  • What part of me is calling out for help or change?

  • If I had a wellness coach in my corner, what would I want them to help me with first?

This is your space to process, to breathe, and to decide what you need as the seasons begin to shift. You don’t have to have it all figured out—you just have to be honest.
