As summer slowly begins to fade, many of us start to feel the pull toward a new season—a shift in energy, pace, and focus. Transitions like this can stir up a lot. Maybe you’ve loosened your routines. Maybe your priorities shifted. Maybe you’ve simply been in survival mode.


This week is an invitation to pause and check in. What fell away these past few months—intentionally or unintentionally—and what might be ready to return?
