Today, I attended my very first live session for my Health and Wellness Coaching Certification. It was orientation day, and I got a sneak peek at what the next 20 weeks will look like. The faculty introduced themselves, and I got to hear stories from fellow students—each of them driven by a shared goal: to make the world a better place by helping others on their health and wellness journeys. It’s amazing to be surrounded by people who share such passion and purpose.
