Hi, I’m Jessica, a health and wellness coach with a passion for helping women reconnect with their bodies and build sustainable fitness habits. As someone who’s navigated my own fitness journey, I understand the challenges of starting—or restarting—your wellness path. That’s why I created Begin & Build, a program designed to empower you to take that first step with confidence.

With a focus on simple, effective movements and mindset work, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation that supports your goals and helps you feel your best—inside and out.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me playing The Sims, reading, and spending time with my family. I believe wellness is about progress, not perfection, and I’m so excited to be part of your journey!
